General instruction
Mainly composed of the epoxy, it has super chemical resistance and mechanical properties. It can be used in painting those metal products that have special requirement of corrosion resistance, electric insulativity and pliability. Directly outdoor using is not to be suggested.

The standard and low-temperature solidification types are available
It can provide high-gloss(¡Ý86%),semi-gloss(85-11%),non-gloss(<10%). Adjustment is possible according to customers'requirement.

Density: 1.4-1.7 (differ with colors and gloss )
Distribution of particle size: 100% less than 100 micron(special adjustion is available)
Horizontal flow: 24 ~ 27 mm
Solidify condition
Type A 180¡ãC(work-piece temperature), 15 min
Type B 140¡ãC(work-piece temperature), 15 min
