General instruction

Composed of carboxyl polyester, it is exclusively for outdoor-architecture use . It can be used to paint the balconies,doors,windows and the freeway guard rails which are made of aluminium section or galvanized sheet steel.For different colors,we supply high-quality powder coating, 3-5 year invariable color and 5-10 year no-pulverizing are promised.

It can provide high-gloss(>80%),semi-gloss(20-80%),non-gloss(<20%).Adjustment is possible according to customers'requirement.

Density: 1.4-1.7 (It depend on the different color and gloss )
Distribution of particle size:100% less than 100 micron(special adjustion is available)
Horizontal flow: 24 ~ 27 mm

Solidification condition

190℃(work-piece temperature), 20 min

Performance of coating film

8-11 m2/ kg
Film thickness: 70 micron (caculated as the powder of coating is 100% used)

In cartons,lined with two layers of polythene bags of 20kg net each

conditions of storage

Indoor storage, below 35°C,airy,dry and clean. Keep it away from fire, heat,and direct sunlight. Avoid rains and exposure to sunshine during shipment. The term of validity is 1 year under the condition above. it can still be used under further examination, if the quality of the overdue powder coating is up to the standard.

Safty and security

Though this type of powder coating is non-toxic, breathing in the dust should be avoided.It is suggested that dust-proof masks or glasses should be worn. If possible, the long-term exposure with the powder coating should be avoided.
