It can product various of powder coating with art veins, such as the mixed type, pure polyester, pure epoxy and so on. It can be respectively used for painting indoor,outdoor and metal products. To guarantee the external appearance, painting must be strictly done according to the craft parameter.

Density: 1.2-1.8 (differ with colors and gloss )
Distribution of particle size:100% less than 100 micron(special adjustion is available)
Horizontal flow: 24 ~ 27 mm

Solidification condition

180℃(work-piece temperature),15 min

Performance of coating film

8-10m²/ kg, thickness of the coating: 70 micron (caculated as the powder of coating is 100% used)

Recommended film thickness

Film thickness:60-90 micron (painting according to the producer's technical art parameter)

In cartons,lined with two layers of polythene bags of 20kg net each

Storage and shippment

Indoor storage, below 30℃,airy,dry and clean. Keep it away from fire, heat,and direct sunlight. Avoid rains and exposure to sunshine during shipment. The term of validity is 6 month under the condition above. it can still be used under further examination, if the quality of the overdue powder coating is up to the standard.

Safty and security

Though this type of powder coating is non-toxic, breathing in the dust should be avoided.It is suggested that dust-proof masks or glasses should be worn. If possible, the long-term exposure with the powder coating should be avoided.
