General instruction

It was made of carboxyl-polyester,usually called accelerated weathering powder coating. Mainly used for outdoor metal products, such as the crust of air condition and outdoor lamps.

Product series

It can provide high-gloss(≥86%),semi-gloss(85-11%),non-gloss(<10%). Adjustment is possible according to customers'requirement.

Physical properties

Density: 1.4-1.7 (differ with colors and gloss)
Distribution of particle size: 100% less than 100 micron(special adjustion is available)
Horizontal flow: 24 ~ 27 mm

Solidification condition

200℃(work-piece temperature), 15 min

Performance of coating film

Average covering

9-12m²/ kg, film thinkness: 60-70 micron (caculated as the powder of coating is 100% used)

Package

In cartons,lined with two layers of polythene bags of 20kg net each

Condition of storage

Indoor storage, below 35℃,airy,dry and clean. Keep it away from fire, heat,and direct sunlight. Avoid rains and exposure to sunshine during shipment. The term of validity is 6 month under the condition above. it can still be used under further examination, if the quality of the overdue powder coating is up to the standard.

Safty and security

Though this type of powder coating is non-toxic, breathing in the dust should be avoided.It is suggested that dust-proof masks or glasses should be worn. If possible, the long-term exposure with the powder coating should be avoided.
