General information

It can product indoor and outdoor anti-bacteria powder coating. Painting in normal way. It is applied in electric appliances, medical treatment, furniture for leisure and children's commodity .
Acording to the result of experiment, the sterilization ratio of the anti-bacteria powder coating is above 99%, it can kill most of the bacteria.

Product series

It can provide high-gloss(≥86%),semi-gloss(85-11%),non-gloss(<10%). Also it can supply various products with different appearance and gloss according to customers'demands.

Density: 1.3-1.7 (differ with colors and gloss )
Distribution of particle size: 100% less than 100 micron(special adjustion is available)
Horizontal flow: 24 ~ 27 mm

Average covering

8-12m²/ kg, film thinkness: 60-70 micron (caculated as the powder of coating is 100% used)

In cartons,lined with two layers of polythene bags of 20kg net each

Condition of storage

Indoor storage, below 30℃,airy,dry and clean. Keep it away from fire, heat,and direct sunlight. Avoid rains and exposure to sunshine during shipment. The term of validity is 6 month under the condition above.it can still be used under further examination, if the quality of the overdue powder coating is up to the standard.

Safty and security

Though this type of powder coating is non-toxic, breathing in the dust should be avoided.It is suggested that dust-proof masks or glasses should be worn. If possible, the long-term exposure with the powder coating should be avoided.
